Niels Graugaard - Division President

held a variety of management positions within the Company, becoming President
of Niro Inc. in 1992.

Heinz-Jürgen Kroner
Heinz-Jürgen Kroner is a Member of the Board of the Process Engineering
Division of GEA AG. He came to Tuchenhagen Brewery Systems GmbH in 1998, was
appointed Managing Director in 1999, and in 2001 assumed the overall
responsibility for GEA’s activities in the brewery and beverage industries. He
was previously Managing Director of APV Germany.

from the German Technical University of Munich.
Ronald A. Youngs
Ron Youngs is a Member of the Board of the Process Engineering Division of
GEA AG with responsibility for pharmaceutical activities. He joined GEA
with the acquisition of the Niro Group in 1993 and has been Managing Director
of GEA Pharma Systems since it was established in 1999.
