Palletising and depalletising robots OMNIA

Gripping heads for Omnia depalletising and palletising robots feature lightweight and rigid stainless steel frames. They are especially designed for each application using 3D CAD systems and a specific structural study to ascertain the inertia of the carried mass (up to 3G acceleration). A wide range of preparation and deposit bays are available for any package type and for any special product palletising need: for example the pack manipulator Polaris is available for packages particularly unstable or to achieve high production speeds.

Different solutions to perform:

  • complete layer transfer;
  • row transfer;
  • single package transfer.

The heads can be even provided with:

  • side hooks for the gripping and transferring of empty pallets;
  • vacuum system for the gripping and transferring of layer pads.

The gripping head for row transfer can be also made with 2 indipendent sectors. This version, with intelligent and separate control of the two sectors, can perform partial pick up or two different deposits for complex layer patterns.
