FLUENS, the fastest in the world low level infeed non robotized palletizer, single head and single pallet, is the evolution of palletizer Fluens with extremely improved performances.
The speed of
over 7 layers per min, accomplished up until now only with high level machines, coupled with reduced costs for conveyors between shrink wrapping machine and palletizer and smaller footprint are the main benefits of this design.
The new FLUENS, thanks to patented technical solutions never used before, is able to offer major performances with less stress upon mechanical components reaching an improved machine output and a reduction in maintenance costs.
The palletizer will be in operation and examples of palletisation demonstrated.
During the Open House a test ring for square bottles equipped with
new bottle dryer Ventilo 2000 and lane bottle divider manufactured by GEA Procomac will also be on show running at speed of 40.000 bph with 0.5 l bottle. The 2 systems differ from similar ones on the market in terms of higher efficiency, reduced footprint at a competitive price.
Furthermore it will be on show the pack manipulator for layer preparation POLARIS (solution patent Pending).
