Gripping heads for Omnia depalletising and palletising robots feature lightweight and rigid stainless steel frames. They are especially designed for each application using 3D CAD systems and a specific structural study to ascertain the inertia of the carried mass (up to 3G acceleration). A wide range of preparation and deposit bays are available for any package type and for any special product palletising need: for example the pack manipulator Polaris is available for packages particularly unstable or to achieve high production speeds. |

Heads for shrink-wraps, cartons, trays
Different solutions to perform:
- complete layer transfer;
- row transfer;
- single package transfer.
The heads can be even provided with:
- side hooks for the gripping and transferring of empty pallets;
- vacuum system for the gripping and transferring of layer pads.
The gripping head for row transfer can be also made with 2 indipendent sectors. This version, with intelligent and separate control of the two sectors, can perform partial pick up or two different deposits for complex layer patterns. |
